The Complete Guide to Wedding Car Rental in Singapore (2026–2027)
A practical guide to prices, timings, decoration and bringing everyone along—so your transport fits the day you have planned.

Choosing a wedding car starts with the journey, not just the photograph. Your pickup time, passenger list, ceremonies and venue arrival deadlines determine the vehicle and hours you need. A beautiful car cannot make an unrealistic schedule work.
Write down every address and who needs to travel before comparing quotations. In Singapore, an HDB block, a hotel driveway and a ceremony venue can each need different pickup instructions. Include time to get downstairs, settle a gown, board family members, take photographs and wait between ceremonies.
This guide separates general planning advice from Al Aamir Wheels’ own prices and conditions. Operator examples were checked on 12 October 2026; they are published examples, not a market average or a promise of future availability.
01 / Budget
How much does wedding car rental cost in Singapore?
There is no single like-for-like wedding car price. A three-hour chauffeur package, a per-trip transfer and a 24-hour self-drive rental cover different services. Vehicle model, booking duration, decoration and operating conditions also affect the quote.
For a concrete market example, Bliss Wedding Cars’ published selection lists a chauffeur-driven white C180 at S$428 for three hours, S$528 for eight hours and S$688 for ten hours. Its white EQB250 is listed at S$568 for three hours. These listings do not establish the same model year or inclusions as another provider, so compare the actual quotation rather than the badge on the bonnet.
A different structure appears on SG Bridal Cars’ Mini cabriolet rate card: S$208 per hour for wedding/event hire with a driver, with a three-hour minimum, alongside a separate S$398 non-peak single-day self-drive rate. The day rate is not a chauffeur package.
What should a quote tell you?
| Item | What to clarify |
|---|---|
| Time | Minimum hours, continuous start/end times, and what “half day” or “full day” actually means. |
| Driver and preparation | Chauffeur, vehicle preparation and any decoration fitting time. |
| Running costs | Fuel, ERP and parking; whether these are included or reimbursed separately. |
| Itinerary changes | Early/late hours, overtime, waiting and additional stops. |
| Decoration | The included arrangement, colour choices and one-time upgrade charges. |
Inclusions vary. For example, SG Hired Cars’ FAQ says decoration is outside its displayed rental prices, while its listed chauffeured examples include fuel, ERP and parking. Ask for one written total for your own route and requirements.

Décor upgrades and itinerary-specific charges are additional where applicable. Follow the vehicle links for the full current duration rates.
02 / Timing
How many hours should you book?
Work backwards from your fixed venue arrival time, then add each journey, ceremony, photo session and boarding period. Route estimates are a starting point: allow a sensible buffer for traffic, rain, carpark access and people getting ready.
| Duration | When to consider it |
|---|---|
| 3 hours | A compact pickup and venue transfer, with a short ceremony or photographs nearby. |
| 4–5 hours | Two households or a ceremony plus a photo stop, with more waiting and boarding time. |
| 6 hours | A longer morning sequence of family visits, ceremonies and venue transfers. |
| 8–10 hours | Several stages across the day, or substantial gaps when the vehicle must remain available. |
Count waiting as well as driving
A continuous chauffeur booking covers the agreed start-to-finish period, including waiting. Confirm the service window and waiting policy with each operator. Al Aamir Wheels bookings use continuous hours; they are not split into separate driving periods. A two-hour ceremony with the car waiting still occupies those two hours.
Illustrative short booking
10:00 AM–1:00 PM · 3 hours
- Pickup and boarding.
- Arrive at the ceremony venue; vehicle waits.
- Photographs and boarding.
- Transfer to the final venue.
- Service ends after arrival and the planned buffer.
Illustrative longer morning
6:00 AM–12:00 PM · 6 hours
- First household pickup.
- Family activities at the next home; waiting.
- Transfer for a second family visit or ceremony.
- Photos and onward travel.
- Final venue transfer, with service ending at noon.
These examples have no fixed addresses and are not route-time estimates. Check every journey and ceremony with your provider. Early-hour conditions may apply to the longer example. Neither example includes an evening return.
If you need a morning car and an evening pickup, say so explicitly. An eight- or ten-hour booking may still end before dinner finishes. Ask how a later transfer will be arranged instead of assuming unused hours can be saved for the evening.
03 / Vehicle
Choose the right wedding car for the people travelling
Start with passengers and access, then consider appearance. Confirm usable passenger seats with the chauffeur accounted for, luggage space, child-seat arrangements if needed, and the assistance any passenger requires.
| Category | What to consider |
|---|---|
| Luxury sedan | A classic bridal-car silhouette. Check rear-seat space, door opening and gown boarding; a compact sedan and a long-wheelbase model feel different. |
| Luxury SUV | A taller cabin and seating position. Check the actual step-in height, rear-seat layout and luggage space rather than assuming easier access. |
| MPV | Useful to investigate for family groups. Seat layout, door access and luggage capacity depend on the specific model. |
| Limousine | Check the precise vehicle, turning/access requirements and usable seating. The label alone does not describe its layout. |
| Wedding minibus | Groups can travel together. Confirm boarding steps, seats, luggage and where a larger vehicle can wait at each venue. |
Think about the gown and the arrival photograph
Share a description of a full skirt, long train or other bulky attire before booking. Ask to see the rear cabin and discuss who will help with boarding. No vehicle category guarantees that every gown fits comfortably. Keep bouquets, bags and overnight luggage out of the boarding space where possible.
For photographs, look at the actual vehicle colour, floral arrangement and angle—not just a manufacturer image. Al Aamir Wheels’ 2025 C180 AMG Line wedding car is a sedan option, while the 2025 EQB250 wedding car offers an SUV alternative and can also be arranged for parents or immediate family. Their galleries help you compare the real fleet.
For limited mobility, discuss the passenger’s needs and the actual vehicle before confirming. A higher seat is not automatically accessible, and a standard wedding car is not a substitute for a wheelchair-accessible transport service.
04 / Your itinerary
Plan around your chosen ceremonies
Traditions and ceremony order vary between families, religions and couples. Build transport around the events you have chosen; do not copy another wedding’s route simply because its cultural label is the same.
Chinese weddings
If your day includes gatecrashing, pickups at two homes or tea ceremonies, list the order and addresses with both families. Allow waiting while activities take place, and clarify who travels on each leg. Solemnisation, a photoshoot and a banquet transfer can add distinct arrival deadlines. A longer family programme may need more hours or a separate evening transfer; there is no fixed “Chinese wedding” duration.
Malay weddings
Confirm the locations and timings of your nikah, reception and any family visits. If you plan an arrival procession, tell the transport team where vehicles should meet, wait and drop off. A second family vehicle may need a different household pickup rather than following the bridal car.
Practices change: NLB’s account of Malay-Muslim weddings describes some couples combining nikah, walimah and bersanding on one day, while others omit certain visits. Use your family’s actual programme as the transport brief.
Indian weddings
Confirm fixed arrival times with your officiant and venue, whether your chosen ceremony is at a temple, another place of worship, a home or an event venue. Family pickups, attire changes and a later reception may need separate vehicles or a longer booking. Indian weddings encompass different faiths and traditions; one ceremony sequence cannot represent them all.
One coordinator, one shared schedule
Nominate a wedding-day contact who knows the route and can coordinate with drivers. Share block numbers, postcodes, hotel entrances, loading points and any venue access instructions. Give each vehicle its own passenger list and route when family members travel separately.
05 / Decoration
Wedding car decoration: minimalist, fuller or fresh flowers?
Choose the arrangement by its material, size and colour—not just the word “premium”. Ask to see an example of the actual tier, and confirm what is placed on the bonnet and ribbons. Fuller artificial arrangements and fresh flowers are different upgrades.

Al Aamir Wheels’ décor options
- Standard · included
- Minimalist artificial floral arrangements with standard ribbon and bonnet decoration. Red, White, Purple, Blue or Pink.
- Premium · +S$100 per Mercedes
- Fuller artificial flowers, thicker floral lines and ribbon detailing, with a more prominent bonnet arrangement.
- Fresh Flowers · +S$300 per Mercedes
- Real flowers coordinated with your wedding theme, subject to flower availability and advance design confirmation.
These are one-time upgrades per decorated Mercedes, not hourly charges. Premium on two Mercedes adds S$200; Fresh Flowers on two adds S$600. The minibus does not automatically receive floral decoration. Custom colours or unusually elaborate requests outside the standard offering may cost extra.
View the Mercedes décor selection and actual Premium photographs to compare options. If fresh flowers are important to you, discuss the design and availability in advance rather than assuming a specific flower variety is guaranteed.
06 / Bring everyone along
Do you need a second car or a wedding minibus?
Separate the couple’s journey from everyone else’s. Parents may need an earlier arrival at the ceremony; bridesmaids and groomsmen may start at different homes; guests may only need a transfer between venues. Putting everyone behind the bridal car can create unnecessary detours.
A second car can serve parents or immediate family without occupying the bridal car. A minibus can bring a group together, but it needs its own boarding time, passenger list and permitted waiting point. Check the actual usable seating and luggage allowance with the provider.
Al Aamir Wheels’ Wedding Party Minibus is a 13-seater vehicle option at S$50 per hour, with a three-hour minimum. Confirm how your group and belongings will be accommodated. Its hours need not match the couple’s car when a separately quoted itinerary is more useful.
Give each driver a route
For separate itineraries, specify each vehicle’s pickup, stops, final drop-off and start/end time. Make shared arrivals explicit—for example, family at the venue before the couple. Do not rely on drivers following one another through traffic.
Explore the wedding transport packages for Couple + Entourage, Couple + Family and Complete Wedding Convoy arrangements. Published bundles cover their stated three-hour service; longer 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10-hour arrangements can be quoted around the itinerary.
07 / Before confirming
Common extra charges and booking conditions to check
A charge should not become a surprise on the wedding day. Send the full itinerary before accepting a quote and ask which conditions can change the total. Different operators have different rules; the examples below are questions to ask, not universal fees.
- Early or late hours: confirm the time thresholds and charge for each vehicle.
- Overtime: ask the rate, billing increment and whether an extension is available. A driver may have another booking afterwards.
- Extra stops: define what counts as a scheduled stop, and disclose returns to a previously visited address.
- Waiting: establish whether it is inside the continuous service period and when overtime begins.
- Running costs: clarify fuel, ERP and parking in writing.
- Decoration: confirm the tier, number of decorated vehicles and any custom design charge.
- Payments: distinguish the rental confirmation deposit from any separately agreed refundable security deposit.
- Cancellation or postponement: ask what happens to payments, whether a new date is available, and what conditions apply.
Al Aamir Wheels · booking conditions
- Up to five scheduled stops per vehicle are included; additional stops are chargeable.
- A 50% rental deposit confirms the booking once the arrangements have been expressly accepted. The remaining rental balance is due one day before the wedding.
- Service hours run continuously, including waiting time.
- An early-morning surcharge applies where applicable. Confirm any early- or late-hour condition for your specific timings.
- Overtime follows the current booking terms and written confirmation. The public terms do not state a universal fixed overtime amount; obtain the applicable rate before booking.
Your written confirmation sets out the route, hours and booking-specific conditions. Read the current Terms & Conditions and request clarification of any cancellation or refund condition before paying. A WhatsApp enquiry alone does not reserve a vehicle.
As an example of why extending on the day needs confirmation, SG Hired Cars’ FAQ says extensions depend on availability. Agree a realistic service window in advance rather than treating overtime as guaranteed.
08 / Keep this handy

Wedding car rental FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
Check availability once your date and essential venues are confirmed. There is no universal lead time or guaranteed availability window; ask about the actual car and date before committing other transport-dependent plans.
Is a chauffeur normally included?
Chauffeur packages include a driver, but self-drive and per-trip services are different products. Al Aamir Wheels Mercedes wedding packages include a professional chauffeur.
Is wedding car decoration included?
It depends on the provider and quotation. Al Aamir Wheels includes Standard artificial-flower décor with every Mercedes wedding package. Premium and Fresh Flower tiers cost extra per Mercedes.
Can I choose my decoration colour?
Al Aamir Wheels Standard choices are Red, White, Purple, Blue and Pink. Discuss custom colours or elaborate designs in advance; extra charges may apply.
Can I have multiple pickup locations?
Share all addresses and timings for confirmation. Al Aamir Wheels includes up to five scheduled stops per vehicle; extra stops are chargeable and the route must fit the agreed hours.
Can the bridal car and minibus follow separate routes?
Yes, separate vehicle itineraries can be arranged and quoted. Give each vehicle its own passenger list, pickup, stops and service hours, and confirm any shared arrival deadline.
How many hours should I book for a Chinese wedding?
Count your chosen pickups, family activities, tea ceremonies, photos, travel and waiting. Three hours may suit a compact route; a longer programme may need six or more. Have the actual itinerary checked rather than booking by tradition alone.
What if the wedding runs overtime?
Contact the transport team as soon as a delay becomes likely. Additional service depends on availability and the agreed overtime terms. Confirm the applicable charge and billing increment before booking.
Is a Mercedes sedan suitable for my wedding gown?
It may be, but fit depends on the gown and actual cabin. Discuss skirt volume, train, boarding help and luggage, and inspect rear-seat photos before choosing.
Can I book transport for my family too?
Yes. Consider a second car for parents or immediate family and a minibus for a larger group. Coordinate separate pickups and look at multi-vehicle packages where their hours suit your plans.
