These terms apply to wedding transport arranged with Al Aamir Wheels (UEN 53376213L). Please read your written booking confirmation too: it sets out the vehicles, schedule, route, price and any booking-specific conditions agreed with you.
Enquiries and confirmation
Prices shown on this website are in Singapore dollars. Sending a WhatsApp enquiry does not reserve a vehicle. A booking is confirmed only when we expressly confirm the arrangements with you and any required deposit has been received. Vehicle and date availability is subject to confirmation.
Services and itinerary
Mercedes wedding car packages include a professional chauffeur, wedding car decoration, fuel, ERP, parking and transport according to the agreed wedding itinerary. The vehicle is cleaned and prepared before the wedding. The Wedding Party Minibus may be booked on its own or with a car. Your confirmed quotation will specify the service hours, pickup details and any additional arrangements.
Changes, extra time and charges
Please tell us as early as possible if your timings, route, stops, passenger needs or vehicle requirements change. Changes and extra service time depend on availability and may affect the price. We will tell you about any applicable additional charges before agreeing to the change. Service time and any early or late hour conditions follow your booking confirmation.
Payments and cancellations
Any deposit, balance due date, payment method, cancellation terms and refund eligibility will be stated in your written quotation or booking confirmation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us promptly so we can explain the options under your confirmed booking terms.
On the day
Please ensure your itinerary and pickup information are accurate and that passengers are ready at the agreed times. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed transport. If a vehicle cannot be provided because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact you promptly to discuss a suitable alternative or the applicable refund for the affected service.
